e – registration of establishment of single-member and multi-member LLC:

From 17 October 2018 In the Agency for Business Registers, the establishment of a single-member company with limited liability (DOO) was enabled, and from 28. June 2019 and the establishment of a multi-member limited liability company (LLC) electronically.

For eRegistration of the establishment of a single-member and multi-member LLC, the applicant must have:

• qualified electronic certificate (electronic signature) issued by a certification body in the Republic of Serbia,

• installed electronic card reader and installed NEXU application for electronic signature (if you already have the NEXU application installed, be sure to download the new version – here ),

• Visa, MasterCard or Dina payment cards for fee payment.

eRegistration of establishment of one-member and multi-member LLC is done in the system for centralized user registration of the Agency for Business Registers .

The initial step for users accessing the system for the first time is to create an account in the specified system for centralized user login. As a help, the agency has prepared a detailed video instruction on creating an account .

The electronic signature is used for signing the electronic registration application, but also for signing documents that can be attached to the electronic application.
