Payments of fees for services provided by the Agency within the Register of Business Entities-Companies are made to the account: 840-29770845-52, model 97, call to the number that is received on the next page download the call to the number (must enter the received call to number in the payment slip).

The fee for a timely submitted registration application for changing data on a company, a branch of a foreign company and a representative office of a foreign company is 2,800.00 dinars.

If multiple changes are required by the registration application, the fee of 2,800.00 dinars is increased by 1,400.00 dinars per change.

The additional fee for an untimely submitted registration application for a change in data on a business entity from the Register is 6,000.00 dinars (refers to applications submitted after the expiration of 15 days from the date of creation of the data or document that is the subject of registration, i.e. change of registered data or document ).

Changes that occur on the day of registration, such as a change of member and an increase or decrease in capital, are not subject to late payment.

The fee for registering and changing the economic activity of the association is 2,800.00 dinars.

The fee for registering a change of legal form is 4,900.00 dinars.

The fee for registering a change of status is 5,500.00 dinars per business entity that participates in the change of status.
